9/7/10: .Chicago futures opened the holiday shortened week on a lower note but that didn't affect white wheat prices as they rose 5 cents in spite of Chicago's 6 cent slide. White wheat had some catching up to do after Chicago's furious rally at the end of last week. No market moving news today as everyone looks to the USDA's latest supply and demand report on Friday. Corn and bean numbers will again get the most scrutiny but it will be interesting to see what they do with Black Sea grain production too.
